Coconut Acai Bowls

Low-Sugar Coconut Açai Bowl

Even if we've been pronouncing açai wrong the whole time these bowls are sure to be a hit with everyone looking for a high-powered way to revitalize and reenergize.  

Serves 2-4

What you need

  • 1/3 cup Copra organic coconut meat
  • 1/2 cup Copra premium coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup Copra organic coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen organic cauliflower (florets or rice) 
  • 1 pack of frozen Sambazon Acai berry
  • 1/4 frozen avocado
  • 1/2 tsp organic cinnamon
  • Blueberries, granola, sesame seeds, coconut flakes to top before serving
  • If desired, drizzle Copra organic coconut nectar for more sweetness before serving

  1. Blend first seven ingredients in high-powered blender
  2. Top with granola, coconut flakes, and your favorite seeds and fruit
